Some big honey companies source Manuka honey at or below market rates - prices that have been driving small to medium-sized beekeepers out of the industry in New Zealand. We choose a different path. We believe the people behind the honey deserve a fair price for their craft and dedication.

Most brands blend there honey each year to achieve a consistent texture and flavour profile. Whilst this is good "business" sense it can create what we believe to be unauthentic product. We jar our honey in small batches - straight from beekeepers as nature intended.

The land where Mānuka grows is cared for by the people who call it home. That’s why we build strong relationships with local beekeepers and pay them fairly, so they can reinvest in their communities.
