This Returns and Refunds Policy applies to purchases made from Honestly Ltd, trading as Honestly Mānuka and Honestly Ltd (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original condition.

  • The tamper-evident seal must be intact.

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note: Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of opened or used food products.

Return Shipping

  • If your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label along with instructions.

  • Return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at info@honestlymanuka.com within 7 days of receiving your order so we can make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Opened or used food products

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or final sale items

Products purchased with discount codes are eligible for return unless otherwise specified.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, we recommend placing a new order after your return is accepted and processed.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund to your account.
